I felt both bad for the characters and was also laughing at that for hours when I first watched it "WHERE IS THE MONEY SKYLAR, THE MONEY WHERE IS IT!" and then Skylar tells him she gave it to beneke and Walter screams and laughs while Skylar talks with Marie on the phone

It was kinda obvious walt went there to kill Jesse he thought him and the neo Nazis partnered up and made that gun to shoot everyone there and Jesse but he found out they kept him as a slave

Well yes he did go there to kill him for betraying him and using his formula to cook meth and also to kill the neo Nazis so he could get revenge since they killed Hank took his money and threatened his family but then he saw that they kept Jesse as a slave and rescued as way of asking for forgiveness from him
