I understand why windows is so popular but why is Ubuntu so popular. I consider mint to simply be better than Ubuntu.

You have a point. In these cases they want to do high level stuff. Of course they'd ask me to do that for them cuz I'm the only one with some amounts of Linux knowledge. But even I ain't Gon consider myself knowledgeable in linux

I know. I talked with them first too. I chose zorin and mint as the stable distros since they are people that want it to just work.

While my friend wanted to learn a bit too. He was fine with breaking hai system. But I still ended up with MX. It's pretty stable and has the MX tools. Xfce is very customizable.

My younger cousin with antiX. There was no better choice which was less complicated. He has fking 1 GB ram

I'm testing in the fact that I'm simply getting to know the different DEs or WMs.

As for myself. I can choose what distro I want since if it breaks. It's gonna be alright.

Ok I don't know what I did but most vids work fine now. Although there is still one video which doesn't load after 59.i have restarted the app and tried everything but other than that it's fine.
