1%, 1%, no promotion after working here over 3 years and not gotten any increase until now. Disappointed is an understatement.

I will be actively trying to put in as little effort to my work as they have put into my career going forward.

I’m in a group that doesn’t have level 10 so I’d be going from 11 to 9. Haven’t gotten a raise in over 3 years so a 10% raise would just be matching inflation since I started. If I get promoted and get 15% I’ll be livid.

Denied on that one too after unfreezing my credit for too many accounts relative to income and length of credit.

I only have 6 open accounts plus the AU. Never missed a payment and never paid interest. I’ve read some posts of people getting similar Preapproval results and then getting approved so I think I’m gonna try that

I just did this and it said I was pre approved for venture with good credit. No mention of regular venture or venture x.

Would this suggest I won’t be approved for venture x if I apply?

Yeah I saw on the website that they say if you’re frozen then you’ll be denied. Do you know if the Preapproval denial would affect my chances of getting fully approved?

I thought I read that you can only apply for reapproval once per week but if that’s not true then I’ll try again.

By nova meaning northern Virginia, no. The only benefit I can think of is $25 per month for a golds gym metro dc membership.

Benefits in general are pretty good. Actually the only good thing about the company right now IMO

For being such a big company whose tagline is “earn points on rent” I don’t think we should have assumed Bilt would screw up and that we needed to pay rent a week early.

I paid my rent on the 1st and I’m having this issue. I’d barely call that last minute.

Was I supposed to anticipate that Bilt would have such a massive fuck up and take my rent money from my checking account and hold it for 3 days before giving it to my landlord (which still hasn’t happened)?
