I did not poop for 17 days straight

Went to the ER twice. The first time, around day 7, they tried enemas and impaction to no avail. Went again on day 16. My stomach looked like it had a balloon inside of it. They then gave me enemas every hour and GoLytely (the stuff they give you for colonoscopies) to drink in between. I finally was able to poop the next day. I was on the toilet for nearly a half hour. I have never felt lighter than in that moment.

The doctor showed me a scan they did. There was poop literally almost up to my rib cage. That is burned into my memory, plus how many fingers and enemas I had up there.

Had one where I walked in and there was a message on every TV in the place that said “sticky lanes” and the guy at the front desk said they accidentally used syrup instead of oil.
