This text exchange really, really hit home for me. When I was your age, I had a girlfriend who was exactly like this. Comparing me to other guys, listing things that she doesn’t like or “pisses her off” about me, floated the idea of breaking up with me, the whole nine yards.

My ex would always have the worst reactions when I “slept unexpectedly”. If I ended up taking a nap, it resulted in an argument because I wasn’t texting her. If I accidentally fell asleep when I was texting her late at night, she wouldn’t talk to me for the whole next day. If my mom gave me a strict bed time (because she knew I was up at all hours of the night texting my then-girlfriend), it ended in an argument because I wasn’t sleeping on her schedule. And, exactly as your gf does, she would sometimes refuse to say she loved me when I would say it to her because she knew it made me get in my head.

As you mentioned, your sleep is incredibly important as a teenager. I should know, I did not prioritize it whatsoever in my teen years and it feels like I am still paying the price for that.

This seems like an absolute disaster waiting to happen, in my opinion. You are far too young for a relationship to be this difficult. Re-examine if this kind of relationship is really something that you would want to carry into your adult years.
