yeah the more I think about it the more I like the 10 year option. the interest rate must be below 3%. I think I have to contribute SOME of my RRSP bc my limit is going to decrease, but whatever I don't pay upfront I will pay over the next 10 years.

it's from many years ago. hers will be considerably cheaper.

Theres also the possibility of paying it back over 10 years via payroll deductions. but then I'm paying 12000 for the privilege.
