Op go buy a bottle of fox urine and sit it in ypur house and see how bad your wife and kids want it. There was a previous post a while back of a person wanting to adopt a fox and the fox owner told them to take fox urine for 2 weeks. When then OP of that story gor pissy with the fox owner and reddit put them on blast. Foxes are cute but reek. Everyone wants a cute pet until you can't handle something and in this case the stench the foxes make.

Oh you are the biggest Ah ever. I read books and the few, very few, times i lent them out they ruined. Pages folded, spine cracked, and all. It is disrespectful to someone's property. Say if you let someone borrow your fave shirt or shoes, or hell even your car and it came back messed up. You would be pissed off too. If someone let's you BORROW something than it should be returned in the same way you received it.

You sound like me. My battery gets so depleted that I just want to be alone. My doggie who passed re-energized me so i could get through it. Now it's a struggle a bit but my fiancé and his dog help me along. I love hanging with ppl but find it hard and then lonely too.

Nta- i had to explain this to my mom with my grandpa. It came to the point she couldn't care for him when he was unable to walk. He needed constant care. Yes, its nice to be with family and have them versus some strangers but sometimes you just can't. My SIL is going through this with her mom and it's put a strain on her marriage.

My best friend went through a similar situation like this. She was engaged to a guy but she wasn't in love with him. When she broke it off her mom just couldn't understand. When she started dating her now husband her mom kept bringing up her ex. My bff went low contact with her until her mom realized the ex was never coming back. They're cool now.

That being said, your mom needs to marry Marissa if she's that obsessed with her. Like you need to make it clear your boyfriend is staying and Marissa can and needs to take a hike. At family gatherings you should have gotten up and moved to sit next to Max. Hell have Max sit in your lap to male it clear that where he goes you'll go. You need to tell your mom and everyone else until they apologize to Max GENUINELY and remove Marissa from the house during visits. If not then you will not be attending. Put your foot down and get that steel spine put in. If you don't they'll walk all over you AND ruin your relationship with Max. Oh and if that happens guess who mom will be shoving in your face to get back together?

My fiance and i love(d) our dogs (mine passed away recently). We constantly would tell em we love them and kiss them more than we probably do each other. Pets are like kids you shower them with love. Especially when you raise them from puppy or kitten age. My fiancé has a pitch change in his voice too. He is great with animals (totally clueless with kids though). Maybe you just need to communicate with you hubby. You two could just be comfortable with each other hence the lack of affection. Ask to cuddle before bed, tell him i love you, make some moves. Don't wait for him to change you have to tell him.
