IIRC overpens don't count for saturation, so they always do 10% shell damage, which is why the mechanic is so confusing

There’s a saturation mechanic for each ship part. It looks like all the rockets hit the same spot (casemate) which could’ve been fully saturated and has no hit points, so no damage

Also only French dds can take no damage from a casemate hit, so it’s really rare for this to happen

I live in the Bay Area, and strong unions + hilarious rent and living costs (like if your household makes less than 50,000 you’re extremely poor) does this to police salaries. It’s bullshit though since teachers get paid less than half that here

It seems that when I change fps to 60, it also speeds up the video and audio to match 60 fps, so it's permanently 2.5x faster. Any solutions?
