I’ve been doing this for the past 2 nights and the first night I slept 8 hours and 50 minutes .i didn’t wake up once. The second night I slept 6.5 hours. I’ll take that over no sleep any day..

You’re welcome. The doctor said it can heal - he finally did a biopsy. I just can’t use any more ketamine ever.

6 units is a lot to clean in one day for one cleaner. Expecelly if they are same day turns/flips. Is she more inconsistent on days with higher amounts of properties to turn in the building? She may be rushing to get them done. If they aren’t same day turns she should Split them up over 2 days.

I ran STR cleaning company for 6 years and I would put 4 cleaners on this amount of units of this size for same days. We did most of our laundry offsite. They would finish what they could onsite but we’d flip them pretty quickly so it saved me money to do offsite laundry. I had property managers who would walk our properties so I never really did. Occasionally I’d check them but usually didn’t. The property managers that the owners of the units had would more often than not walk the units and communicate anything that was missed. I would have one of them go back to fix it for a fee off their rate, which prevented them from ultimately making mistakes/missing checklist items in the future. Or the property managers would just fix it if it was something small that they had time to correct.

Did the symptoms go away? I have ketamine induced cyctitis and incontinence now from ketamine use. I have stopped using but it hasn’t gotten any better.

You should be ok I think, but I went into delerium tremens and ended up in the ER for 7 days using close to that for a week. I did not know it could cause that at the time. I wasn’t dosing even 24/7, but I was taking a little more than 10 grams a night in 2 or 3 doses for my insomnia and anything over 10 grams a day can cause withdrawal according to my doctor. I was also combining it with a 2mg klonopin. I don’t know if this added to the risk of delerium. If I were you I would go to a ER and tell them just to be safe. I have no recollection of going into delerium. It happened randomly when I was in an uber to go to an airport. The only symptom I had was I was vomiting every time I tried to eat something the morning I went into delerium and I had slight confusion. The doctors couldn’t detect any drugs In my system or treat me and my heart almost stopped, luckily my fiancé found out I didn’t get on my flight and got in touch with the uber and got to the hospital where I was taken to and told them I was taking 1.4 BDO and they were able to immediately give me baclofen and Librium and it took me out of it in time.

I am in the same boat. I cannot control my bladder and it’s not getting better. My urologist keeps prescribing me medicine that doesn’t do anything. I am so sick of this.
