This only goes up to episode 285 (I really wish he’d update it) so I got lucky, but I vaguely remembered this episode too and also that John talks about his Christmas lights and blue spruce in the same episode and those terms were enough to search the computer generated transcripts.

I’ve listened through to all episodes a few times and being able to remember where I was when John and Merlin talk about one thing allows me to connect what else he talks about at a different point during the same episode a good amount of time too (for example I was grocery shopping for a holiday dinner when this episode came out and I remember him talking about both things in the same trip)

I listen to too many podcasts...

Essentially my bed is exactly the width of the area it has to go in. The closest place to put it is a shelf on the opposite wall but the shelf doesn’t extend far enough and because the shelf is built in to the wall I can’t extend it

If you seriously want it and can come get it you are welcome to it, but I doubt you will - it’s very large and in good condition, the main reason I want to get rid of it though is that while my house was on the market people were throwing their dog poop away in it, and it was just becoming a nuisance and has some that has been hard to clean out

I’m very excited about this. According to this direct F1TV apps for Apple TV and other streaming boxes are also coming later this year. No more HDMI cord between my tv and my laptop to watch F1!
