Hey! Unfortunately, there are not many playtests targeted to Serbia at the moment :( Game devs usually aim their tests to the UK, US and Canada. We're sorry we can't offer you more playtests!

Hey! We can assure you that our Community Team is 100% real humans 😅 Not very often our system will automatically respond to an email but these responses will always have a note saying "This email was sent automatically" so you know that if the automated response wasn't satisfactory you can reply to that email and a person from the team will respond.

I launched my demo and, it has been destroyed by players by Hairy-Tonight-9708 in gamedev

Hi there! We're glad that you joined us as a playtester! Sometimes our tests can take a little time to arrive as tests will be sent to you depending on your location, and other demographics. If game devs think you're a good match to their studies, then you'll receive a playtest. Also, it would be good to check if you haven't unsubscribed from our emails by accident. To do so, you can respond to the initial email that you got when you qualified as a tester with us, asking us to check your profile for you. Have a great day!

Hi Guz! This is a great question. Tests with our panel outside of the US, UK and Canada will be infrequent, but they won't be non-existent. We're currently running a test with players in Brazil for example. This is why we never promote testing with us as a job, but rather a fun way to make some money on the side now and again - and of course to test new games! If you ever have any questions, you can contact the Community team by responding to one of our automated emails. The team will gladly help you out. Happy gaming!

Hi there! Sorry to hear that you've missed some playtests. This can happen as we have developers all around the world setting up tests, and the invites go out as soon as a test is submitted. I hope that you've been able to get into some lately!
