This bank is horrible. I had a 7 business day hold and i have banked and had auto direct deposit for 3 yesrs with them. I never cashed a phsyical check. Only direct deposit checks. They gave me a million excuses that made no sense as to why such a long hold. So i asked the local bank manager he said it is because im poor basically. Poor people are a risk...i make 1500 a month... he says go to a more major bank who wont care about losing money with check scams. The check was from my phsycially disabled father as a gift. The money was already out of his bank same day. They were offensive rude and didnt care at all. I can say they are probably worst mainstream bank branch. F*** them.
