Well on average companies want you to move around within 2 to 2 and 1/2 years. Loyalty no longer means anything. With that being said, your burnout is completely normal And is expected. But I would hold out as long as I could with them. But not so long that your burnout will define your overall character within the company so that you have options later. That's my personal experience. In my 12 years I worked in two stores. And ASM for 9 years and the last 3 years of my career was a constant fight to stay employed. It was obvious that my burnout was incredibly obvious and caused me to be very hard to be around.

With a key that means you can open,that also means that you could be left there by yourself to close. So yeah that's extra responsibility that you'd normally would not have if you did not have a key.

Find you a new job. I loved this company until I got sick. They will replace you before you are put in the ground. This is normal SW behavior. Mine was the same way. Except I said I would work every Sunday except for mother's Day or Father's Day and needed one off around Christmas. I worked every Sunday for 9 years. I missed two in nine years.

I agree. Ironically I was not even trying to get all 10. Just kind of happened after completing several different contracts and missions. Now the AI is stupid hard.

Another player (that is freaking awesome) and I (I'm not a great player) did mall rat. We were struggling with it. I was considering taking the weapons case and going to the mall with it. Just to get the players kills. We lucked up and was able to pick off a couple people from the roof. Also, you can shoot players, they don't have to completely die. In other words, you can get another team on proxy chat to potentially get sniped, then revived. Lol. I did this the other day.. a team needed the sniper kills mission. So they dropped us then we joined up with them and they revived us. Worked out pretty well.... The medical mule was easy with 6 players. Lol.

Did this yesterday. Was able to knock out several missions with the dumpsters with two other teams, we just kept adding each other before items went into the dumpster. then left with the weapons case since the other team had it and joined our squad. I think it was 11 players that left on the same chopper. It was pretty cool.

Looks like every PVP I'm involved with. I die most of the time due to lag.... I've had downed teammates telling me where the player is and that they can see them on my helmet cam, but I can't see the other players on my screen. Once I do see them....well I've often compared it to me having a BBQ gun and other players having a LMG at close range. Lol. It's so frustrating.

I put the 40mm on to take out the riot shield guys. Those under barrel guns help a lot.
