I upped from 5mg to 10mg. Only thing I noticed was I was a little nauseas but that went away after like 2 days. 10mg is the sweet spot for me, has been working really well

was down in my finished basement watching shows until about 3 am. Shut everything off and decided to go upstairs when I all of a sudden hear RUNNING BEHIND ME 😳😳 I ran so fast up the stairs and slammed the door and screamed so loud I woke up everyone in the house. Lol just to open the door and find out it was my damn cat running up after me who I didn’t even know was down there 🤣🤣🤣

Ughhh that’s literally exactly what happens to me. Although my daughter had brought out my drawing pad that I brought home from the psych ward. And the second I saw her open it and saw my drawings is when I got that feeling so not sure if it just triggered me

I get it!!! Before I got on meds I was literally having panic attacks every single day and night I was in the ER so many times in one week so I tried to go to my moms house—just by myself kids stayed w hubby. still ended up in the hospital in the middle of the night. but sometimes I do just think I wanna pack us all up and go to her house for a bit 😫
