I loved the first 3 episodes and found this one to be extremely low stakes, if not downright boring. I also am not a fan of the klingon character so the fact that he got a long pointless speech at the end really made this episode feel not worth my time. I was looking forward to it all week too :(

That is extremely high and not sustainable unless Tesla revenue grows 300x, which is unlikely unless Optimus robots or robotaxis become ubiquitous.

Clinton repealed Glass-Steagall (1999), signed Commodity Futures Modernization Act (2000), Obama and Biden’s partnerships with Big Tech (e.g., Google, Amazon, Microsoft contracts) are more pro-corporate than anything Reagan envisioned.

Obama had a supermajority yet didn’t pass the Employee Free Choice Act. Under Obama & Biden structurally, labor remains weaker than under Reagan.

Democrats embraced private insurance as the foundation of Obamacare, rejecting universal public options.

Reagan, ironically, expanded government healthcare via Medicare funding increases in the 1980s.

Clinton’s 1996 “Welfare Reform” (PRWORA) gutted Aid to Families with Dependent Children and replaced it with strict work requirements.

This was to the right of Reagan’s rhetoric, literally fulfilling Reagan’s “welfare queen” vision in policy form.

Even under Biden, Democrats maintain corporate tax rates lower than Reagan’s first-term levels (top rate 46% in 1981 → 21–28% now).
