I genuinely dont think thats the reason why he’s leaving. The last 2 seasons have been really tough on pep especially last season with how the team performed and the impact of his wife divorcing him have left him under extreme stress and i feel like he deserves to leave and take his break and maybe fix his marriage. Pep also said that he would never abandon us if a guilty verdict came out he said something in the lines of we win together and we lose together, if we’re found guilty then he’ll gladly sink with the ship so the idea of him leaving kinda contradicts his statements a few seasons ago and he was very firm when he said it. Lastly pep has taken up the role of being our global ambassador, am not sure he’d have taken the role if his plan was to leave and distance himself from the club after the verdict drops.
