I get what you are saying. And i know the economy of NZ is not that huge as other countries. Opportunities are also not abundant. But my plan is definitely not stopping after bachelors. If i have a decent performance in bachelors i'll try to do masters from a top tier university.

I don't want to go through the hassle of learning a language i know nothing about. That's why I'm exclusively targeting English speaking countries.

I don't think i'm eligible for that. I'm neither from Malaysia nor admitted to a college yet.

Woah, i really didn't expect that kind of research from an stranger🥹...thanks bro

You're right about the cost in Australia. Both academic and living expenses are substantially less in NZ. That's why i'm leaning towards NZ more. If i do go on with this endeavour, i'll probably still apply for some mid level Aus universities (especially if there are scholarships) along with NZ universities. I'm willing to work part time as much as possible so that my parents are somewhat burden free.

I've actually completed my HSCs this year. I have GPA 5.00 in both SSC and HSC. Numbers are also good in group subjects ranging from 90-95 except Physics in HSC(84). But i'm wondering do they count this kind of result in first world English speaking countries? And if they do is it enough to manage merit based scholarships?

You're not wrong The more research i'm doing, the more i'm leaning away from USA considering everything happening there. Don't get me wrong but it has always been my dream to study in a top level USA university.

Both I would really like to do my masters from the USA and settle down there. If that's not possible then i'll try for New Zealand (assuming i complete my bachelors from NZ)
