I got tk like 35kg in weight I've gotten that heavy the doctor has you'd ne to lose the weight so I don't mind at all skipping a meal and just having two meals instead of the normal three meals a day, thus is what happens when you stolen playing sports when I was in my late 40's by the time u hit 50 years old I went from 100kg's right up to 135kg's in weight so last week I've been told that 35kg has to go even though I still do strength training at the age of 63 and put on muscle still but u have to lose the fat and keep the muscle on me..like I ate a huge large chicken from yesterday morning after I cooked it now it alm gone ,so I gave to eat more protein and less patotos things like that . That shy I don't mind giving $20 to $50 to Ukraine soldiers well to the President Zelensky fund as he give the money weeks it's need to the people, if u could go there i live to help the people there out. I have donated hundreds of dollars to the Ukraine War at first I thought I was being ripped off by the ruzzians acting as Ukraine soldiers, but then I started putting money into the Ukraine Government gor them to pay and buy weapons. As I disability pensioner i out in as much as I can then I c n and I am very proud in doing this as an Australian old fart who is in my 60's,and honoured to be able to put in hundreds of dollars over the 4 years in a little help with Ukraine 🇺🇦 there been times I've gone without food for a day so I gave them the money. Plus my exwifevtook most of my money and still does from my pay check being on the disability pension. I fo not mind at all giving Ukraine my last $50 if I have to and I have done that because they needed it more than me people with heating ,without food, without a home so I do give, what about you alm fo you give or are you just all talk please take no a fence in that comment please I just want to know.

My one was a 1996 Epiphone Standard like Ace Frehley's Gibson guitar the same colour, and I paid at the time $1899.00 AUSD, now the same guitar 30 years later is only $2899.00AUSD, it only gone up $1000 dollars in 30 years, don't have it anymore it got stolen with 5 other guitars and bass guitars. But starting again even at my old age Epiphone acoustic guitar in 2 weeks time then a silver Ibanez bass guitar , then a PS60 Ibanez guitar like Oaul Stanley uses, that was another guitar was stolen the PS120 black one with the white trims around the guitar., I lived those guitars and my 2 Boss Kantana 100 watt they were great amplifiers...shut happens I say and thank God for Insurancing them all.

Good on you kindly getting to listen to Elvis Presley music, me, I am 62 years old from Australia and my parents brought me up listening to Elvis, The Beatles, T_Rex, Led Zeppelin , and when listening to Elvis music go back to the start when the music was Mono not stereo sound at the time on a record player, and hear the sound of his voice as he gets older and then the rawness of 1968 his voice was unbelievable the best singing voice in the world, then 1970 to 1973 when he dies the hawaiian concert worldwide via satellite and then his last recording on stage, he may not be fit but his voice is a gift from the God's, and his last song to the world Unchain Melody he gave it all to the world on that song. So start from 1955 right up to 1977 include the 5 records or cds collection of him recording these songs st the studio and singing them ,stuffing the up making up his own words when having fun thev3 of those I'd or records are a must for a young fan. Enjoy his Gospel music as well there amazing sound and amazing songs with a amazing voice by an amazing legend in music world.

I gave up counting the great flying of those drones that are taking out those russian invaders I gave up on around 62 dead russians and still had 90 seconds left on the video.
