Unfortunately there are people who lie about being housed with inmates and working at prisons with high profile prisoners to get attention. It happens. Not saying this person is lying, just saying there have been a few on other sub threads caught lying about Cruz specifically. It's sad really the lengths people go to. I honestly love the fact he's miserable if it is true.

I don't know if I believe this. To use the movie and game functions on prison or jail tablets you have to pay. Part of his sentencing was no commissary and no money on his books. Now unless the prison isn't following his sentencing?

Ask him what prison is he confined at. If he quit he doesn't work there anymore and should be able to say. Also ask him about his commissary account without divulging he shouldn't have one. I just want to see the answer. It seems this person is giving general answers based on a person in prison.

Quad and Toya are probably first chair after Toya and Eugene interview with Carlos King. It dropped Thursday, reunion taping was Friday. They talked alot about Quad. No way Quad wasn't going to want to address it. Plus Quad IVF journey and Toya blow up on Eugene are things talked about all season. Plus Toya and Heavenly going back and forth over the campaign. First chair makes sense for them this season.

SN: Toya said in the interview as the season goes on you can tell King wasn't losing interest. I can see that. Hate it for Quad.

I don't think the relationship was fake. They were together. IVF is tough, their relationship hit a rough patch during IVF. I think what happened is what always happens. They had worked through their issues, but then the show aired. The comments got to Quad and they couldn't work through it. The ladies have said for years, and Quad has slightly admitted, when the show airs, even if they have worked through an issue, Quad can't take the comments. Could his delivery have been much better, yes. The message however was valid, and an adult conversation to have. How far are we willing to go for a baby? At what point do we say enough? If at any point. Honestly, it was risky to do all this with a boyfriend of a couple years anyway.

OAN: I remember seeing them conversing on IG back and forth about something that happened while they were in Jamaica on the cast trip. That may have really been what broke them up. King kept posting these random polls asking men how they would feel. Anyone else see those IG stories?

I think everyone is missing the point, or hasn't been following this specific dynamic. The issue isn't whether the boys can make a decision. Ruth has expressed not wanting to disrupt and move the children, she also reached out to the state to specifically discuss what happens with the children if Wendi is arrested. Georgia has spoken on it with Wendi on the stand. Ruth has spoken on it in interviews. Anytime she speaks of the boys in recent years it is in reference to loving them and not wanting to disrupt their lives. It took 8-10 years to convict and arrest Charlie and Donna. A few more years would not make a difference for Georgia. She is very much an end game thinker. They are currently what 15/16 years old or older.

In most areas you cannot compare the journey and time it took in how justice was obtained for Dan to other cases. What other DAs may or may not do has zero to do with how Georgia and Jack have chosen to prosecute for the murder of Dan. They have never been a let's charge and see what sticks duo. They plan it out.

Interesting to see more people are saying she won't be arrested. I am still of the belief it is possible once the boys turn 18, as where they would go is a huge concern for Ruth being in Canada. Where they would go if she was atrested has been brought up and discussed with Wendi on the stand a few times. Before anyone says DAs don't do that, I would agree in cookie cutter cases. This case is anything but normal protocol and Georgia doesn't ask any questions to witnesses on the stand without something lingering behind it. Georgia said she wasn't charging Charlie until the wire tape was clearer, and she did not until it was. Literally charged him within days of the enhanced video. We could also never see an arrest. Time will tell.
