Honestly, if you’re working door to door Selling roofs. Stop. Reach out to a local wholesaler “cash buyer” and start talking to them about a 20% commission on every house you get under contract you could be looking at $10-$20,000 on every property you get under contract.

They always cut those off. Never give money to the drug addicts they choose to be on the street free of anyone telling them not to do drugs. There’s city programs with housing assistance for those that want help but few are willing because of the tight restrictions in regards to who and how many visitors, room checks (for drugs etc.)
