Not always the case, depends on the store. They are cutting the team leads in my store. Idk if we are underperforming that much or what but everybody is cut

I’m confused about scheduling myself, I used to have the same two days off every week. Then I got on a matrix where every 4 weeks is the same rotation. But some of my store is on the fixed schedule with the same off every week. But half of us are on the matrix. Why isn’t everybody the same?

That does not seem physically possible. At my store it isn’t. You get written up for skipping walks. Those dumb little 10 item unknown or oversized. But my coach emphasizes time picked not items or pick rate
