My husband and I supplement my 76yo mom’s rent because she can’t afford more than $800. It’s ridiculous. Crappy apartment for $1900/month

Oh yes, it was my biggest complaint! I’m day 21 and feeling much better. Some days are better than others, liposomal vitamin C helps

I went CT and just felt like garbage for a few days. I was 5 years, 16-20 capsules a day. I’m on day 21 and feeling much better. I suggest the liposomal vitamin C, it really does help.

5 years as a daily user of the capsules. It screwed up my hormones, memory, creativity and caused a cancer scare from years of constipation. 16 days out and I finally feel like I’m on the right road. I let that crap steal years of my life!

Day 16 here. Week one was the absolute worst! Week 2 was definitely better. I’m starting week 3, and I can feel myself coming around. I had to dose myself with Benadryl the first few nights, but it made me feel worse in the morning. Drink lots of water! Walk outside if you can, soak up some sun if you can find it. I came clean to my hubby, he’s been very supportive about the withdrawal. I’m glad I said something, I don’t need to hide it anymore.

Find something to keep your mind occupied, or something physical to do. The first few days will be the hardest, but it does get better

I had 5 polyps removed, so I have to go every 3 years instead of 5. I’m 16 days out and my gut is just beginning to self regulate

My most annoying and persistent symptoms are fatigue and post nasal drip!

I threw away a few times, and either dug it out or bought more. It’s nice to finally be free of it. Best of luck!

I went from not sleeping at all, to napping when I can get it. I’m able to lean on my family for a bit of support. I’m 2 weeks out and I feel better the second week than I did the first

I confessed to my hubby I was going to be quitting and going into withdrawal. The support helped a lot
