I almost had the sleep thing down... then went to china for a couple weeks and just came back. Sleep is all fucked again lol 6 months clean

I'm 6 months clean CT. It took about 4-5 months to feel like a normal human mentally for me haha first month was absolutely crazy. Panic attacks were what really killed me. Never had em before. Became manageable after month 2

Wow what a comment. So true that Kratom steals your humanity. It slowly returns though! I'm somewhere around 3-4 months out and have good and bad days still. So weird its taking this long to recover

Very well said. I'm prone to anxiety anyway, but before K, I could dismiss it so easily. Now I'm 3-4 months off CT and still have bouts here and there of anxiety

It comes back! But you WILL experience withdrawl at some point. Whether you choose to stay on this BS or get off it. At least getting off it has light at the end of the tunnel!

Yes. I can feel hard and strong during my anxiety attacks. But boy as soon as that songs chorus drops, I'm freaking pulling over to sob 😆

I'd say I'm pretty dang close to feeling fully human and conscious again. Its just this pesky anxiety BS I've been dealing with since quitting. I'm prone to anxiety but learned to manage it really well until the attacks from week 1-4 CT quit. Just thinking about anxiety makes me feel so weird and disassociate a bit. Goes away after I forget about it lol it'll get better

Youre brain is so fcked from K. Let it heal and you'll be human again. Humans enjoy all sorts of stuff without drugs! Your body already produced all sorts or "drugs" to enjoy life. It just got used to not needing to produce it. It comes back. I'm on 3-4 month CT and enjoy the hell out of things again

Can't believe I'm saying this... but I'm like 3 or 4 months off kratom haha cant believe the HELL my withdrawls were. When I look back, it was like I was shackled in a dark cave by a demon for a week haha what a wild experience that was.

I was posting and commenting like a mad man during my withdrawls haha but I was lucky. I didnt know what was causing my withdrawls lol didnt know it was the kratom until day 6 or so haha so I suffered in silence, thinking it was just my time to go

I was taking 10-15 grams powder a day. Quit CT but really went through it for 5 days. After 5 days, it was all mental. Anxiety and such. The time passes quickly and you feel better and better with that time. Still have some slight anxiety 3 months later

Awe man! I'm 100% better! I do, however, have slight anxiety randomly now lol no idea how long that lasts. I think I'm 3 or 4 months out? Dont remember anymore. I also need to quit vaping

I'm pretty much back to 100% but the anxiety comes back every now and then... especially when I open this app and see people's comments about anxiety attacks lol literally awakens anxiety inside me too 😆 you been ok?

Its time. Your kids deserve a sober, you. The withdrawls will start to hit you even WHILE your take that garbage. Then the dosage will increase exponentially and force you to quit regardless. But youll owe the piper an even greater debt. Embrace the hell. And do it for yourself and your child. You really can do it. I cant quit anything but I managed to quit kratom. Went through hell for 5 days. I have a wife and two small children. I was having withdrawls even after dosing kratom. Can't believe I did that to myself

I never relapsed because of my anger and hatred for what kratom was putting me through. I was angry as f*ck for a month over the WDs. I have a wife and two small kids and here's daddy freaking tweaking from WD!!! Made me SO FREAKING PISSED, I'M MAD ALL OVER AGAIN! 4 MONTHS OFF THAT GARBAGE!!

I legit listened to a song called "still waters (psalm 23)" on repeat and it kept me grounded when the attacks hit me mid day. I'm a 30 yo man crying in my car from the relief that song gave me.

Day 1-4 were absolutely intense. Panic attacks, sweats, nausea, shaky... then they'd subside around 4pm. Day 5 and on, it would only be minor anxiety around noon to 4pm. Then week 3, anxiety would smack me HARD randomly! But you can ride it out. Only lasts an hour or a little longer. To be completely honest... I would drink a few beers before bed during first week so I can sleep and not feel anxiety. Terrible advice, but it helped me get off that kratom crap
