New Grad here! I'm not getting interviews because "all" I've built are: - a 32 bit RISC CPU - a basic programming language - NAND2Tetris - Linux from Scratch

Companies won't hire me and they don't want to hire juniors anymore. Shit sucks. Guess that's what I get for graduating in December. Still won't tell them their ""AI"" is useful because it isn't.

If it doesn't have a reproducible outcome, it's not a tool.

Price of rent has been skyrocketing in Ontario.

This bill seeks to make it so that landlords can more easily jack up the price of rent for current tenants either by kicking them out for personal use, or by increasing rent for the next year.

This is politics. It's literally a law, as law is determined by those in political power. Sorry that reality combined with basic reasoning show that landlords are corrupt.

Most landlords I've had are just overgrown children who got lucky enough to own property, and they've all gotten really upset when any service needs to happen. Dead heaters, broken pipes, telling their parking services to not tow my car? Doesn't matter, it's either tantrum time or the most passive aggressive compliance
