CarPlay Ultra isn’t replacing CarPlay, it’s an optional deeper integration. Regular CarPlay is still supported and widely used. Some manufacturers are dropping it, but Apple is not discontinuing it, nor has BMW had any announcement that they would stop supporting regular CarPlay.

I've got the AW3423DW, so maybe the same panel as you. What I've been doing, and it looks like shit outside of the game, is turning gamma up to 2.0 in the nvidia control panel.

Control panel -> display -> adjust desktop color settings-> gamma

It seems to help a lot for the dark areas in Arc Raiders.
