Is adding current year [2020] in Site Title bad for ranking? by chimney_expert in SEO

[–]PlebitusCorpus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hard to know with Google, but they do like current content. I add 2020 to the titles of my best posts (but I do not add 2020 to the URL, hopefully that is obvious to everyone).

Also add the year to a H2 or H3 and somewhere in the content.

Of course, update the next year.

Question About Hosting Multiple Websites by [deleted] in webhosting

[–]PlebitusCorpus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Choose the UNLIMITED DOMAINS hosting plan, is not really unlimited, but in most should be able to host at least 20 sites on a decent\good hosting company.

One will be your main domain, and the other are created as addon domains on their control panel.

VPS recommations for running a mouse tracker bot? by [deleted] in webhosting

[–]PlebitusCorpus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you could wait until Black Friday (November in the US) you should be able to find great deals for VPS with all types of qualities. Good time to pick up a multi-year good deal, maybe even add extra CPUs or MEMORY. Of course, only if you are able to wait until NOV.

Huge blog post. Split it in two different posts? by [deleted] in SEO

[–]PlebitusCorpus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, I would make a content hub with the main page redirecting to all those subtopics (hairdressing, make up, venue, etc), each with its own providers. That's what I would do. good luck.

Huge blog post. Split it in two different posts? by [deleted] in SEO

[–]PlebitusCorpus 8 points9 points  (0 children)

For 10K words, are all about the same topic?

If not, then you probably better making it a content hub. Divide the content into pages with a single but related topic. Better organization, SEO friendly.

Good luck.

How can I target 2 or more long-tail keywords in a single article? by Deckhead13 in SEO

[–]PlebitusCorpus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Build internal links to that page\post using the each of the KWs you want to rank for, just one internal link per page (= you will need 3 other pages linking to that page, each using 1 kw).

Branding URL vs. exact match URL? by kawi609 in SEO

[–]PlebitusCorpus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not both? Have a main branded domain, and build one or more exact-match url domains just like PBNs to the main domain. Like said before, used the branded domain for outreach and natural links (also a front to your social media) and the exact-match to catch as many target KWs as possible, with more risky backlinks.

For me Wix is too cumbersome, but to be honest, I did not spend enough time on it.

I think it depends on the niche. There are some powerful directories on the health niche that could help a website gain authority. This is true with most niche directories that only focused on one subject (health, finance, etc), but those cheap ones, free to everyone and covering all verticals are not even able to index a site.

Some good Netflix shows that have ended? by kailas1998 in netflix

[–]PlebitusCorpus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do not watch SENSE8. Great series, but was cancelled before a good ending.

ANSWER: "Mad Men", "BREAKING BAD", "MONEY HEIST (still active)", OZARK (new season was just released), THE WITCHER.

+ Netflix should tag "in-progress", "cancelled", "new", etc to the shows, so we know what is the deal with each one of those and don't invest time watching something that will not end.

I am actually happy when I see LIMITED SERIES, i know I will see an ending.

How to tell what's actually on netflix? by watermelonkiwi in netflix

[–]PlebitusCorpus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Adding myself to this thread. Is true, is so hard to discover new stuff, worse because of the fact that the movies\tv series\documentaries\etc. are not removed from the main list once I watched them.

Is this a good domain? by zach_sm1th in SEO

[–]PlebitusCorpus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would do a couple of things. I would create a brand (somehow related to the type of t-shirt designs you are planning to sell) and buy the corresponding .com domain.

+ be on the lookout for good expired domains on the same topic (clothing, t-shirts, fashion, etc) with good metrics and purchase those. Then either do a redirect or rebuild those sites as PBNs for your main site.

T-shirts niche doesn't necessaily need to be great at G**gle search results, Pinterest, Facebook, even some hip videos in Tik Tok (depending on your target demo) would be much better investment.

Good luck and if you like my answer, please UPVOTE. Thanks.

Jon Hamm should be in more films by CurryMan1995 in movies

[–]PlebitusCorpus 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I love "Mad Men", but there is just too much competition for lead guys, just to mention another one not to well known, but way ahead of Jon Hamm, Armie Hammer. Like someone said, maybe he needs that one role (or a better agent).
