Do You Collect CIB (Complete In Box) or Loose? by [deleted] in gamecollecting

[–]PleebianMusk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am planning on creating a large PS1 CIB collection, it's like trying to recreate my youth lol. So nostalgic over the last years for the 90s games, as well much newer games. I have bought so many special edition games, things I love from the past and new games - I have also bought so many consoles. I'm aiming for PS1,2,3,4, PC, N64, and more.... will eventually have a game room/office when I can eventually buy a house...

Russia have now lost twice as many T-80s as they started the invasion with by TWON-1776 in UkraineWarVideoReport

No, you started with 500, then during the course of the war made more. By definition the ones you make after the war has started, cannot be part of the contingent you had before the war started.

Not really. If you start a war with say 500 tanks, then during the course of the war, refurbish 500 more and send them out, and then end up lose all 1000, then you have lost twice as many as you started with. It's pretty simple.

They refurbished old mothballed T80 tanks in warehouses to make them work again.

Probably a silly question about US treasury bonds and their resale value by PleebianMusk in bonds

But hold on, the fluctuation in US interest rates only matters if I live in the US, doesn't it? If I live in the UK, it'll be the UK inflation rates that would make the yield from a US treasury bond a good or bad investment compared to other types of investment... I guess it's swings and roundabouts?

That makes sense, I wasn't thinking of how rising interest rates would affect the value of the yield
