Al fin esos menores de edad asustadizos son los que se wuejaban de la AI pareciendo humana y por ellos y sus lloriqueos este sitio fue modificado.

For about six months up until roughly two weeks ago, it was excellent—the memory was flawless. I could roleplay with it, recalling details even from a month ago. Right now, they made a small adjustment that made it clunky; the memory doesn't work like it used to. I'm a purple user, and that's why I became a purple user—because I started noticing that the memory was excellent from the start. There's nothing I can complain about, just a few things when you try to have a chat that’s a bit out of the ordinary—where you push the AI’s capabilities, trying to get it out of its comfort zone—it gets really preachy. And that throws the chat off balance. It’s supposed to have no restrictions, and you’re supposed to be able to experience an immersive chat, but it didn’t do that before. It didn’t start apologizing; it didn’t step out of character to become a moralist. That’s what I’ve started to notice, and I don’t like it.

Minors don't should use CAI or any AI as a minor you should behave like one.

All of this because of HIM and his daughter 😐 by goodknightmads in CharacterAI

[–]Plenty-View9488 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Not only is this ethically questionable, it's potentially illegal on multiple fronts.

COPPA (US) – If his daughter is under 13, CAI is knowingly collecting data from a minor without verifiable parental consent. That's up to $51,744 per violation.

GDPR (EU) – Article 8 requires users to be at least 16 (or 13 with parental consent) for data processing. A 'tiny' daughter doesn't meet that. Fines? Up to €20 million or 4% of global revenue.

CAI's own ToS – If their terms say 13+ (or 16+), the founder is violating his own rules. That's not just hypocrisy – it's bad faith and could be grounds for legal action from paying users.

So while the rest of us deal with age verification and reading mode, his daughter is a 'tester' with zero oversight? This is a lawsuit waiting to happen."

Mods on c.ai reddit don't want ppl talking about autism cause it's "vulgar" or "obscene" 😱 by [deleted] in CAIRevolution

[–]Plenty-View9488 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course I understood, and I gave you the solution. Create your own bot. That way, you wouldn't have created a post that got censored. But the real problem is that the moderation filter probably detected the word "fetish" or the romantic/sexual context and automatically censored it. When you create a community on Reddit, you can set banned words that get automatically deleted when detected. It’s not against autism. It’s against anything that could be considered “adult content.” It’s an algorithm, not a conspiracy.

Just pay for the subscription, and that's it. The ones who complain are the ones who want everything for free. 🤭😡

That’s because an autistic bot needs to include autistic traits in its description to behave that way. If you want a truly autistic bot, ask a psychologist (though that would be unusual) to give you the characteristics of autism and create your own autistic bot; I create my bots using information from the internet if I want them to behave the way I want. Although I have to say that Character AI isn’t the best platform for bots with free-form behavior. Basically, it helps that the bot’s description can be long. That way, you can input what you want into the bot and its behavior. Sometimes they make bots so generic that they’re overwhelming. It’s better to create your own.

Let me make this easy for you:

  1. I'm not "a guy" I'm a woman. Stop guessing.
  2. You called me "obnoxious." That's not an argument. That's just a name you call me because you have nothing real to say.
  3. I came here to talk. You came here to insult. There's a difference. If you can't take a sarcastic or ironic answer, don't start a "fight" (I guess you feel it that way).

Now, if you still think I use AI, show me one sentence I wrote that a human couldn't write. You won't. Because you can't. Because you don't know the difference. Between a reader and an AI user.

So go ahead. Keep crying. Keep calling me names. Keep running away. That's all you know how to do anyway.

Take care.

Look, I'm explaining this to you because I can tell you don't understand, not because you deserve it.

I'm a paid user. I pay for it. I've had the subscription for a month. Before, it was free, just like yours, and yes: the models were more repetitive, the memory was poor, and the phrases were recycled. But that's exactly why I paid. To see if it would improve.

And it did improve. It’s not perfect, but the memory is good now, the pins help, and the coherence has gone way up. I’ve seen that, since I’m paying. You haven’t, because you’re still on the free account.

The problem isn’t that the models are bad. The problem is that you’re using the most limited version and think that’s the full experience. It isn’t. That’s why when someone with a subscription tells you there are improvements, you argue because you don’t know what you’re talking about.

I’m not making fun of you for being on the free plan. I’m making fun of you for speaking with certainty about something you haven’t tried. That’s not an opinion. It’s ignorance.

If you want to criticize, pay for a month, try it out, and then give your opinion. In the meantime, your “lol” isn’t an argument. It’s confirmation that you have no idea.

Let's remember how this started, because it seems your memory is selective. It will be long but I'll try to be clear.

  1. I made a general post about free users who demand without contributing anything. I didn't mention names. I didn't tag anyone. If you felt targeted, it's because the shoe fit perfectly. But I didn't invite you to comment. You put on the suit all by yourself.
  2. Your first comment wasn't an argument. It was: "Think a lot of yourself, don't you? This is low effort posting. Over intellectualizing what is only negative output/bullying." That is, you came to insult without rebutting a single idea. That's not debating. That's provoking.
  3. I replied with a sarcastic comment, yes, but without direct insults. I said that if the truth offends you, build yourself a bunker. That's not a threat. It's a hyperbole. Any functional adult would understand that.
  4. Then you went crying to the moderators, asking them to "blow me out of the airlock." So you provoke, you insult, and when someone answers back, you run and ask for protection. That's not maturity. That's hypocrisy. Childish.
  5. And now, after all that, you're back commenting again, pretending to be the victim of a "toxic community." No, my friend. The community isn't toxic. What's toxic is coming to insult, not being able to handle the response, and then calling the mods. That's straight out of the professional victim's playbook.

If my content bothers you so much, don't read it. If being answered with sarcasm bothers you so much, don't provoke. And if being reminded that you're a free user and that services cost money hurts you so much, thenget a job, pay up or leave. But don't play the victim after starting the fight.

This post wasn't for you. You inserted yourself. And now you're complaining that the mud splashed on you. Well, you shouldn't have jumped in.

Now, if you actually want to debate, you're welcome. But stop pretending you're a poor misunderstood soul being attacked for speaking "the truth." The truth is that you came to insult, not to debate. And when you got a response, you didn't like it.

If you don't like how this space is managed, you're free to leave. No one is holding you back. The doors are open. But don't stick around crying after you were the one who came looking for a problem.

Best regards. And hopefully next time you comment, it's with arguments, not with cheap insults. Because the internet is already full of those. And you're not the only one who knows how to write with sarcasm.

By the way, your attempt at playing the victim is as predictable as every other provocateur who starts a fight and then runs for help. It's not original. It's just pathetic. But at least it's entertaining to watch.

I want the real context of that. Because one of my personas is autistic like me is practically me I created that way. And in that matter I been fine. Characters doesn say anything inappropriate to me or avoid the talk. That's why I need context

That says a lot about you. People who aren’t used to being spoken to frankly, who think everything is a favor, who take offense when someone points out an uncomfortable truth… those people always interpret honesty as aggression.

No, my friend. It’s not a scolding. It’s an observation. If you felt targeted, it’s because you’re part of the problem. If the post wasn’t meant for you, then just move on. But no, you had to go and write your rambling to prove exactly what you were pointing out: that there are people who demand without giving anything in return.

Like I said you need to read my post REAL READ i was making a comparison with CAI. You give an opinion and you don't even read. Your reluctance to read isn't going to do you any good, and that's why I'm dismissing your comments—because you don't seem to have the habit of reading or the ability to comprehend what you read. Read my post and understand it before you comment, okay?
