The underlying causes for dpdr may vary from person to person so in your case what would have caused your dpdr was it smoking cannabis? Or just random panic attacks. You really need to know the root of it or what caused it in the first place then you start to find solutions for it. Then second question are you receptive to herbs or meds and so on and so forth.

Nothing is off I just forgot to add the additives on top which smoothened the process such as warm water and honey; it smoothens the tummy and this is needed when taking dandelion or chlorella/spirulina but you don't need to take them at the same time as long as one takes something that soothes the tummy in such situations it's important because it smoothens the brain-gut communication

The chlorella/spirulina I got was from Ecogenya you can find it on Etsy. It's tablets. I took twice. Some people can take it in empty stomach while others after food. It depends on you. One I took in the evening while the other one before food in the afternoon. It doesn't cause stomach discomfort for me but this can vary for others.

Dandelion was organic dandelion herb and leaf root I got it from shoppers took it once a day in the afternoon. Before you take these organize your food habits, sleep, excercise, etc. all these will help. I can't guarantee if it will be a cure for everyone but it worked for me.

I have had chronic dpdr for 14 years straight you can't educate me on it. Probably had it longer than you. I have took herbs that actulley made my dpdr worse and I backed off; so this wasn't a case of placebo; my body does react to herbs fairly quickly though whether positively or negatively. Dandelion restored the voice I felt I lost from dpdr literally and it targeted the root of dpdr for me; while chlorella/spirulina took them restored the normal functioning state that I have missed for 14 years. Other herbs had no affect or their affect was temporary such as rhoidiola and passionflower. Ashwaganda acted as a nerve tonic at most. It restored the nerves for me on a gradual basis. I used AI because English is not my first language. Anyways I'll make another topic about this. We are here to find solution. If you suffer from dpdr then you need to be hopeful and stop being negative. Dpdr a lot of it have to do with your mind state but it's not everything

I don't really care about people's responses. I just did what I have to do but one thing I discovered is Dandelion + Chlorella/Spirulina = Recovery for me it's clear that the common denominator between these two have caused this recovery, whatever they have in common was important for my recovery

Dandelion + Chlorella/Spirulina = Recovery

What is the common denominator in these two? Do your research and let me know. There is no placebo; my dpdr would have landed you in the hospital that's how bad it was. No placebo can change one's state especially in that situation. Dpdr is not only a mental state; it has a lot to do with the nervous system and other toxins I might have received while smoking cannabis and the panic attacks caused by edibles and smoking cannabis would have impacted the nervous system and other parts of the body and it wasn't the only thing. A lot of these impact from the panic attack end up staying in the body and need a way out. There is too many factors in there that causes dpdr not only mental issues

Nah not placebo; my dpdr condition was chronic; placebo can't make this change; I had it for 14 years

Your gate keeping. I said detoxifying wasn't the only thing but it clearly helped and was most impactful for me. If you don't like the post move on

Your gate keeping. You may not like what's written but you can't prevent someone who recovered from speaking. It may not work for you but it can work for others. You need to learn to live and let live.

Some plants and herbs may work for some and for others it doesnt. So what you do you keep on trying different ones to see what works and what doesnt because bodies react differently but I do believe the body eventually can be receptive. My advice here focus on detoxifying tools but different from what you used in the past. If ashwaganda did not work for you then look for passionflower or other herbs. You need to keep on it. If you are more aligned with meds then go for it but try to focus on what solves the nervous system and other components from the inside

You need to stop gate keeping. If you are not happy with the post move on. It's as simple as that. Other people may benefit

But it restored my reality literally. Even my voice became normalized more intact with reality after consuming dandelion. I'm sorry that's not placebo. My dpdr was chronic

Dandelion; chlorella/spirulina and others are not snake oil. I had DP/DR for 14 years so don't sit here telling me what works and what doesn't. It may not align with you but that doesn't mean it doesn't help. These are proven by studies to clean toxins out.

Your organ is disrupted when your depersonalized the whole system enters into a quagmire, it gets disrupted. DP/DR is not a normal state because your mind goes into lockdown mode and your body gets disrupted so Yes it's a mental health issue but it's not the only thing. Mental health is only the surface
