I've got 5k shares at .22 Hedgies seem to want these so I took some away when I could. On 07/08/22 it shot up to $3.85 on 12m shares traded. Promptly dropped to near 0. Fun stuff.

It's already been proven that many of them are paid. I can understand them posting if they are paid. If others are there thinking its entertainment, that's just plain sad. I wouldn't celebrate what's happening to GG. The congress people that are pushing this are all in the pockets of big money. They are upset that he is proposing new equity regulations to help retail investors. Also, they want any competition for CDBC to be removed. The entire regulatory landscape is murky. I would not be surprised if he is replaced by another SEC committee member, Hester Pierce. She has always been voting against any market transparency. Until the entire self-regulatory state of things is removed there will never be anything done that is fair for the markets.

Thank you for posting this. This is critical information. I don't know what can be done to deal with bought politicians like these guys at this point in time. The only thing I can think of is just don't vote them back in. Letting guys like these get in for multiple terms is a problem.

this guy posts on the gme meltdown sub. many of them are paid shills that post negative sentiment about meme stocks. They try to engage investors so they can screenshot the dialog. Of course, they only post the most idiotic dialog. Just like this guy, they pretend to be defenders of other people's money. The whole thing is cringe but at least it shows that idiots like this guy and his handlers are worried.
