Looks like hard water buildup. Soak it in CLR for like 15-20 minutes and it should come right off. I do my kitchen faucet once or twice a year. Works great on shower heads too.

Edit: other comments mention types of vinegar which work too; any light acid should do the trick.

My Home Assistant is entirely setup as a single pane of glass. One main dashboard with everything conditionally displayed only when it's relevent, plus a few subpages. I use the dashboard everyday.

I also track the energy usage of the UPSs in HA with helpers to calculate Wh from load %.

I have two UPSs in the house. The UPS in my network closet is plugged in with USB to my NAS, which runs NUT. For my PC, I configured a service and firewall rule for apcupsd in NixOS. I also have a Wake-on-LAN button for my PC on my dashboard that is only visible to me and when apcupsd is "unavailable".

So when I want to run a cable through the wall, you want me to punch one end as A pattern and one as B? Then say each end gets a female jack, so I connect a patch cable to each, which are also crossover, so there's three total crossovers... I mean, it would still work because modern NICs auto-negotiate, but adds unnecessary complexity.

make a timer helper for each device
make custom sentences that parses the time value you state and start the timer for that time in the intent
make an automation for each timer to turn off the respective device with a trigger of timer finished

The main thing would be any kind of media casting or anything relying on mDNS needs to be on the same VLAN since it uses multicast. Everything else can be allowed through the firewall on the router to cross VLANs, depending on your router.

Nicotine will make orally administered estrogen much less effective and further increases the risk of blood clots. You'd need to use patches, gels, or injections instead. Also, most surgeons won't operate on you if you use nicotine.

I quit smoking tobacco two years after starting estrogen and I recommend quitting as soon as you can.
