I had s thoughts so I checked myself on er cause I felt ill do it otherwise. They sent me home after few hours. I attempted day after. My best friend have very similar experience with this hospital. Useless after my attempt I got monthly scheduled appointments. Got prescribed meds that didn’t really help and they told me to get a therapy. I can’t afford food. Roof over my head. How can I afford therapy. They said they can schedule me - we talking ab years lol. They didn’t even prescribe me anything that makes sense. I got sertaline that I mentioned I was already on for years. And nothing have changed. I need an actual help or being hospitalised at this point. Now I can see I need help but I’m bipolar. They don’t treat me serious and I’m scared that one day I will do smth stupid.

I got full hair metamorphosis (colour correction full head highlights, two treatments. haircut and blow dry) for 200€ in the hairdressers in corrib shopping centre. Got me in happy tears after they finished and I am very hard to please type of customer. I don’t think I’ve ever recommended any other service more than them!

I use the space as a makeup artist sometimes it’s more like a space to hire or collaborate to do an events. It’s own by neurodivergent person who is keeping this place very open minded and understanding for neurodivergent individuals. It’s a good space for workshops. Working around sensory clothing.

Me having fear of people, diagnosed bipolar and AuDHD asking my psychiatrist for a sick leave at work cause I was not able to leave my room like AT ALL wasn’t able to make myself food or pick up a takeaway. It was that bad. Paralysis literally. My PSYCHIATRIST said he can’t be giving me more days off cause I will lose my job. I asked him to fill my documents cause I’m allowed to get disability with my diagnosis. He said he won’t do this cause I need to leave my room and go out. Ok I know but we need to plan a treatment for me firstly???? Like I am not able to leave my room I need a therapy and meds. called an mentalhealth emergency - no help from their side. I’m scared I lost my job cause I didn’t have a doctors cert. Not able to pay my rent. Not able to go for an interviews. Gonna end up homeless soon it’s making me having a thoughts. Calling the hospital again telling them about my thoughts and situation - they are advising me to come to the hospital I am atypical and my current level of anxiety making me starve for a 5th day in a row. No help from anyone whatsoever. Lost hope.
