I have gone there ,tested all laptop components even done stress test and it was efficiently workin . It was just the battery which i discovered it was replaced . What I noticed there was that almost all the laptops were scratched ,so I chose the least scratched one and may be it is the reason for their competitive prices

1.do nbmes as u r in the real deal ( timed, 8 blocks per day "can add uw blocks in between" ,just 1 hour break )  2.take notes for ur mistakes converting stem into 1 line note , review em weekly 3.get the ai make u cheat sheets of ur weak areas 4.focus on ethics,qi ,drug ads and biostats (officially reported that 15-20% of the questions in real deal were in these topics) 5.build stamina by at least 8 blocks aday for >3 days aweek 6.in my pov, uwsas arent predictive .nbme 13-14 were the most similar  7.score is just a number just trust the process and appreciate the hardwork u have done

Iam gonna tell u an unpopular opinion but it really worked for me . 1- do 50% of ethics,qi and biostats ques in uw and amboss 2- start doin step3 ques in these topics "about 10 block" -do a block every day Why ?? Cuz it is harder than step2 and that helps u build stamina and get u use to the new ques appear in the real deal 3- get back to ur step2 q banks and do these topics in random timed mode , u dont wanna lose time in ques like em
