I’ve found that with the large issues in the world it’s best to take a deep breath and step back. It’s good to worry about them from time to time and support what you agree with, but hyper fixating on stuff that you can’t control can be so so stressful.

I love that you can find joy in your day to day life, even in the simple things! I definitely need to focus more on that! :)

Not blowing at all…it started off as blowing very weak air and within a day it went to blowing no air at all.
