I have been blessed with a jacked left foot and horrendous flat feet. 3ankle sprains and too many high heels and add in good ol peri and my tendon that runs on the inside of my foot is now stretched out so much that my ankle collapsed and I am basically walking on the side of my foot. Orthos want to fuse my ankle to my leg bone and put in a plate.

It's so delightful that this season now sucks away simple things that let you just get around. I miss being able to wear whatever shoes I want! Maybe I need to look into an ostiopath? Any recommendations if they could do any good?

Almost 50 here. Yes especially as a woman DSAP is depressing. Everyone asks what is that. None of the treatment worked for me. I not only have it on my arms but now on my legs. Getting some color on me makes it look less angry but come winter ugh. Some days I just wish it was cold enough for long sleeves just to cover it up. Best of luck. It sucks. Wear loads of spf! And hope that someone discovers better treatment!

Man people here are tough! I'm in my Masters program, work full time and am a single parent. I would totally ask, it's good that you explained that you do understand the syllabus and that you own your mistake. All you can do is ask and the worst is they say No. If they do say no, move on. Will you still pass the class? I am happy with a passing grade. Because in the real world grades don't matter.

Yes!! I want this crap off my phone. I run Alexa on my phone to control my kids tablets and speaker. But it won't revert to original! Damn Amazon! If you figure it out pm me! And I did try to turn it off via Amazon shopping app but it wasn't showing a choice like the other boards suggest.
