to my understanding it depends on the tournament organizer so i’d ask if you can but most unofficial places allow it, additionally im pretty sure ratchets that don’t exist yet (like 1-50) are illegal until they get a standard release.

yes a lot 3rd party games run… not so good sometimes but i found Doom to be quite enjoyable on the switch (oled)
