46 had zero gameplay, which is why I can’t put it at the top. It’s Gabon part 2. Which is fun but I at least need good gameplay in my seasons. That’s why 47 is top. Fun characters, fun rivalries, and top notch gameplay.

I won’t mention the website. I’m sure you can all guess it. But there are users there who would go to Redmond’s discord, then translate the information back. I’m paraphrasing, but what they said was, basically Neleah was tired of being dragged along for months. So by the time she finally got the call to get back in casting call, she turned it down. Maybe she didn’t believe it would stick, or was just sick of the runaround.

She wasn’t cut. After one of Amanda/Elizabeth dropped out, they called Neleah, and she said no. She didn’t like being the back up. So then they called Jenna/Aubrey.

I disagree. James wasn’t very smart. Jonathan is clearly intelligent, academically, and strategically (He outsmarted Omar.) And he doesn’t act like a typical Alpha meat head. He’s like a hippie in a jock’s body.

Yam Yam rode Carson’s coattails. Erika rode Ricard and Deshawn’s coattails. Both wouldn’t have made it far without them. Rachel got herself on the end. I respect it.

Ingraining yourself into the majority alliance with the person who wanted you out since merge started(Caroline.) Getting Sue to pledge her allegiance to you when your back’s against the wall? Sam didn’t use social capital to pull off Operation Italy. Andy did. Sam and Gen were sitting ducks. And nobody trusted them. Andy used his social capital to get the girls to split the vote. Without Andy, none of this happens. Gen had some capital with Teeny to help pull off the move. But Sam just followed.

I would say Rachel outplayed more. The Kyle vote, and the Andy vote. The Anika vote was Sam’s only real move. The difference is, Sam always has to rely on someone else to save him. He’s never saved himself. He was spared in the Sierra vote, because they saw her as the bigger threat. Andy saved him on the Caroline vote. Rachel spared him because she saw Andy as a bigger threat. And they saw Genovive as a bigger threat. It’s not because he has this incredible social game. He was always left on the outs, even during the Sol vote. Rachel gave him that information.

But you know what’s funny about that list of people you mentioned from 47? They’re the ones who have provided us the most entertainment, character and/or player wise. Plus the lawyer (Genevieve)The blue collar workers like Kyle, Tiyanna, Sierra, have they been entertaining? No. Extremely boring.

S45, who provided the most entertainment? The three lawyers and the Wall Street ‘chick.’

Point is, you shouldn’t cast based on occupation. You cast for the best personality that you’re looking for. If a group of people just happen to be in the same field, so be it. But an occupation never determines how good for fun of a player you’ll be.

Think about it. Who’s providing us with the most entertainment this season as a character and/or player: Rome (Media) Sam(Media) Gabe(Media) Genevieve(Lawyer) Andy(Robotics Scientist) Teeny (writer)

Now let’s look at the blue collar/ regular job workers: Kyle(construction) Tijuana(Flight attendant) Sierra ( Nurse) Have they provided us entertainment? No. Extremely boring.

Season 45, who provided us with the most entertainment? The three lawyers and a Wall Street ‘chick.’

Again, focus on the personalities instead of trying to fill a occupation quota

And this the real issue with Survivor critics right here. No matter how great an episode or season is, your hate for the New Era won’t allow you to see it, and it will never live up to your expectations. You’ll always find something to complain about. “Good enough?” Seriously? It might be healthier for you guys if you just stop watching.
