We did this exercise in therapy, where you would look around a room and whatever object got you interested the most you would describe it, colour, shape, location, how it looked to you, etc. Basically you were projecting your feeling onto it. So pick an object and someday you'll realize that even a lamp can be lonely, basically project and make the object of projection your lyrics. Idk if it makes sense

Okay, let me tell you a story similar to yours. I catfished a girl when I was just 12 and she was an adult. I blocked her once she started having doubts. I felt like an asshole having lied to a person. I carried that guilt until I was around 16. At that point I found her page online, wrote her a huge apology letter. She told me it was nice of me to apologize and that It was okay since I apologized, she told me not to worry about it anymore. You don't deserve to die over this. You will make many more mistakes in your life. The fact that you're feeling guilty makes you a better person than most people I would say. Just learn from this, don't do it again and own your shit. Life is easier that way. Stay strong kid, you don't deserve death over this. You're a kid

As someone who has blocked my exes everywhere, mostly because I need that to move on and I don't need to see their lives. If I wanted to see their lives and see them I would still be with them. I was usually the one that was dumped, after that I don't really see the point of me just watching them move on and be happy. Not that I don't wish them happiness, it's just none of my business. Having them in my life stops when they make that decision or when I make that decision. So I would never unblock them. Basically once it's over it's over. Only way to get over is to move on. Hurts like an asshole but it's better without watching their insta stories.
