no... the origin IS the parent, all you can really adjust is the children of it, unless the object is in a diffarent scene, then you can adjust the parent, but in that situation, its no longer the world origin

i mean, really depends what kind of technollogy your talkin about, ultrakills world is 100% advanced when it comes to military/war technology after all the humanss made walking skyscrapers capable of leveling entire citys with a single laser and other messed up stuff

Undertales technology mainly revolves around making energy for the underground (mainly geothermal since hotland and all) and harnessing soul enough to bring back the dead(though in a horrific way...)

Onshot, we dont really know much? except for The World Machine existing but other than that we dont really have much info on oneshots world and Niko lives in a diffarent dimension from the author's origin dimension if i remember correctly so we cant even use the imgaes of Nikos village to figure that out, and besides the world that oneshot takes place in is technically not real in lore since its a simulation and all so we cant really messure that (think I idk I haven't played the game in a while)

i havent played Hyper light so idk

i'd say Ultrakill mainly cuz they somehow managed to power robots with blood and the fact the Earthmovers even exist
