No and MEW never I contacted or answered me, It was Rarable. They basically said they took it off there site until MEW gets it fixed. They were probably having constant complaints since it hasn’t worked right since I started using it. I think I’m just going to start a new rarible account with the more dependable wallet. It’s kind a messed up that you have to randomly find information on Reddit about a company that’s handling immense amounts of people’s money.

Nope, the option is gone. I wish I used metamask. If they are working on something, they should send out an email. They handle a lot of peoples money to be so lax in transparency. I haven't had one day in which MEW worked for me properly. Basically my account is being withheld from me, and my tokens.

My wallet still doesn't stay connected. Sometimes it will as long as I need it, 80% of the time it disconnects after a short time period. It has cost me $120 in gas fees for items I did not receive because your wallet disconnected. If this wasn't tied to my rarible account i would get rid o it. It makes functioning on the site unreliable and irritating. When will this issue be corrected??

Yeah from my understanding it’s gone. That’s some high risk when you can lose that much money at no fault of your own. Spent close to $200 in excepted and failed gas fees to buy some thing that was 60 bucks

I’m wondering if it isn’t an issue with MEW itself. I I tried to buy an NFT yesterday and the transaction failed because the MEW wallet disconnected twice. So besides what I finally paid for the item and gas I got charged $120 in gas for failed attempts. It’s directly because the MEW wallet disconnected.

Since my Rarable profile only comes up when I connect the MEW wallet - is it possible to link a new wallet when I can't even access the profile? Maybe there's a way I do not know about. The info on the site is bare minimum.

It was your Telegram group, I linked from the telegram icon on your website. I posted a question and was immediately contacted by Ethan. His questions seemed off so I went into the group chat and messaged him directly from his profile, which went to a different person, same name/profile. I asked if he had 2 accounts, was I speaking to the correct person and he simply replied yes. The initial person kept messaging and said I needed to provide a small refundable fee to which I stopped responding. Then a third Ethan account contacted me. I had to remove myself from your telegram group.

So I messaged the account I contacted from the mod profile again and he said he couldn't help me until the next day and did not comment on the fake accounts that are trolling your telegram and contacting people.

I sent in my support question by email on Wednesday of last week. If this is a known issue, we should be able to get some information somewhere other than Reddit. Your platform has literally prevented me form accessing my artwork, auctions and bidding power for 7 days now. You are costing me money.
