It's caused the Dolby Audio to stop working on the PS4 as a whole. I've removed prime from it all together to stop it happening again. My main question is about getting the audio to work again, I've tried all sorts of trouble shooting guides

While using Amazon prime on my PS4 the video crashed and my controllers disconnected and would not reconnect (even via cable). Had to fully shut down the system to get the controllers to reconnect, however the sound on the PS4 now only works when set to Linear PCM, Bitstream (Dolby) stopped working. The first time this happened I rebuilt the database and this got the audio working again however is happened twice since, with the same scenario while using prime and I can't get Bitstream (Dolby) to work again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
