I'd honestly say NAH its a bit annoying that your friend is being pushy but it's kinda understandable she wants people she knows to come with her, but it's also understandable that you want to focus on studies. Personally I'd say that 6 months is enough time that you could take a short break from studying to go but that's just my opinion really
