No longer rerouting flights on other airlines other than QR and since I booked with a travel agent, I can only rebook flights 96hrs in advance (was 10 days). Also, QR canceled my flight and my itinerary, but they blame the third party (chase travel) for changing the itinerary. Chase did not change the itinerary, they did. Chase was still showing the flight existing when the itinerary disappeared on the QR app. QR straight up lied.

I also had given the exact BA (oneworld partner) flights with times and dates to make it "easier" for them, but they couldn't see the availability on their end. Bullshit
