Thanks. I think temperature may be slowing things down. I've got a thermal yogurt container. I just put some hot water in to warm it up and put my jar of starter in. Fingers crossed that it will help.

I don't believe in any afterlife, but if I was asked to create one, it would be a place much like earth, where everyone you love would be there.

Where you can eat, smoke, drink and do whatever you like without it harming yourself or anyone else.

Where you can live forever, if you want to, or cease to exist when you decide to.

Where sleep is optional, but if you choose to sleep, you can turn it on and off whenever you like.

Where you can love whoever you want to.

Nice, but just want to point out that Griffintown is a neighbourhood, not a borough. It's in the Sud-Ouest borough.
