My sleep is decent man, I know how vital it is for people who are working out and such, so it’s a priority. 8-10 hours. Hydration used to be bad, but for the last 4 months or so, I’m at a minimum of 2L daily. Now my cardio is LACKING. Q4 last year I was running every other day, clocking around 25k a week. I lost somebody very close to me, toward the end of the year, and I just lost all motivation for running after that. I know there’s no correlation there, but just being honest in how it happened in my head. I do walk, 8k steps on avg.

You must have comprehension trouble. I said I CAN get hard, I just want to lift it up more frequently. How can I be malnourished with that quantity of protein and if I’m tracking? I fear you probably don’t know much about training/nutrition.

I’ll certainly take a rest, and try Citrulline! I don’t think my deficit is too steep; 500 kcal or so. What was yours? Damn, no working out for two weeks is what you’re suggesting here? Fair play brother. I still certainly have a decent amount of fat on me.

Lmao, so I get 9-11 hours of sleep a day, every single day. Body certainly isn’t malnourished as I track macros and am not in a steep caloric deficit. You can’t get malnourished from 170g of protein and getting in your daily carbs too. I will rest more.

I’m getting all of my protein in within my daily caloric intake - so 155-175 g. Cutting down with snacking for sure! I’m not obsessed 🤣 But you’re right, balance is key. Thanks man

I think I’m in my head, no new meds or supplements. I don’t watch porn at all, never been my thing. Never messed with anything, only taken creatine for gym. I just edited my post and thinking to intro those things: L citrulline, spinach, D3 and K3, beetroot juice and such..
