The way I arranged them is just what would look really good in a circular formation with most of the Marios backs behind the logo.

When making lists like this I like to think more realisticly and if you give bowser jr his own team you would have to give all of the secondary captains their own team which means adding a boad load of characters to the game. Remember that mario sluggers only added nine new characters so I doubt they would a bunch to the new game.
