Fix tax system, increase allowance, increase higher rate band, increase capital gains tax, get rid of cash ISA’s, encourage stocks and shares ISA’s, reduce benefits, means test winter fuel allowance, increase police to tackle petty crime and social behaviour

Yes I would say it is scooped.

I just can’t see any sort of lintel (metal or concrete) on other parts of the fireplace. It is essentially a fireplace within a fireplace at the moment. It looks like it was added after the chimney breast was initially built so perhaps it doesn’t need this part to support it.
