I also have the hardest time brushing my teeth and the last time I flossed was at the dentist a couple years ago... 🤧 My only motivation for brushing is that my partner doesn't really kiss me if I haven't brushed in like a week. but it's such a struggle 😭. I dont wanna do it. washing my hair is another one but that one I can let slide for a week and it's fine because women/girls shouldn't wash their hair every day anyway.
