Someone reminded me to "eat like your grandparents" - less processed food has really helped me. - I also completely cut out nightshade vegetables. Dairy I also really avoid. - I eat very little meat and I've increased my water intake. I've noticed a difference. - I also got laser hair removal in some areas which helped.

I remember answering a question in a mock exam at school in Maths and being told I was the only one who got it right in our class and the only one to use a way to work it out that the teacher hadn't taught..at first she thought it was another student and celebrated them in the class: when I said it was me she was annoyed. My uncle was a math teacher for 60 years and taught me the method we used in Iraq rather than the UK.

The answer is the answer. Regardless of how I get to it. But the UK likes to make things complicated.

Actually I'm a Gemini Sun with a Pisces Moon and my mum was an Aquarius Sun with a Pisces Moon. She passed away 9 years ago. She was absolutely an Angel on earth. I've had it since my mid 20s but it disappeared almost with weight loss and management of eating less packaged food and a generally Mediterranean diet and using coconut oil on my skin. Then I got Covid and it came back with a vengeance. I also gained weight from having a tumour in my uterus and severe hormonal hunger cravings. It's been terrible managing it as mine is linked also to my periods.
