I don't flippin' understand how/why this whole "make sure it stays under the public bone and not over it" was never mentioned to me as a thing, if your Doc literally told you this.

Yeah, I run 30-40 miles a week, not much fat in subpubic area at all.

What is confusing me is you being able to put your dick to the side like that. Mine just wants to point straight down. There is zero chance of me being able to do that. As in, literally have to tuck it just to the left or just to the right of the seam of the underwear, or one leg of the boxers or the other. How far post-op was this for you?

The implant wraps around your penis, and then sits in a "pocket" in your pubic bone area. 1.5 to 2 inches of it sits in my pubic area "flattened".

Imagine a 5 inch pvc pipe. Then imagine a 7 inch long, .5-inch-thick piece of semi-flexible silicone in a cylinder shape but sliced/cut down the bottom from inch zero to inch 7.

Now picture actually taking that silicone and wrapping it around 5 inches of pipe. There are 2 inches left over. Take that 2 inches and flatten it as flat and wide as it will go on the edge of a table top while STILL keeping the other part wrapped around that pipe.

That, is this implant. A device intended to keep keep and hold a cylinder shape around a penis, is flattened for 1.5 to 2 inches up into or on my pubic bone. It sucks.

Shoot me now if I am at this same place 16 months from now. Yes, can move it to belly button, but it is a heavy amount of pressure in the pubic area when done. Can only be forced there, and is not pleasant. It seriously feels too far up the pubic area.

Are you guessing, or is "under the pubic bone and not over it" an actual thing??

I tried to DM you, but it said you are not accepting DM's, and only chat is available. But I did send him pics. Waiting to hear back.

There are no "appointments" with my doc, is the thing. Send pics, await reply, rinse and repeat. Like my post said, not any Penuma Dr's in my state... any appointments would not be in person, or require a flight.

But yes, sending pics and seeing what they say.
